FM Jewelry was built on a simple belief… exceptional jewelry should feel personal, exciting, and worth remembering.

This page shares the important details behind how we do business, how we protect your privacy, how we care for our customers, and what you can expect when shopping with FM.

5. Product & Authenticity Disclosure

FM Jewelry specializes in carefully curated vintage, estate, collectible, antique, and original jewelry designs.

Because many of our vintage and antique pieces have lived previous lives, customers should expect that certain pieces may show natural signs of age, wear, patina, craftsmanship variations, or historical character consistent with age and prior ownership.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Surface wear or minor scratching
  • Patina or natural metal aging
  • Handcrafted irregularities
  • Previous resizing, repair work, or vintage restoration
  • Natural gemstone inclusions or age-related variations

At FM Jewelry, we believe these characteristics often add to a piece’s history, beauty, uniqueness, and collectible value.

We make every effort to accurately photograph, describe, measure, test, and disclose the condition of each piece. All items are sold as photographed and described. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photos, videos, measurements, and product descriptions before purchasing.

When precious metals, gemstones, designer signatures, hallmarks, or material content are listed, they are represented based on visible markings, testing methods, seller expertise, and best available information at the time of listing.

Unless specifically stated in a listing, appraisals, certificates, or guarantees of future resale value are not included.

Due to variations in monitors, mobile devices, and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.

FM Original Designs

In addition to curated vintage and estate jewelry, FM Jewelry also offers exclusive original designs created by the FM team.

All original FM pieces are designed in-house and produced in intentionally limited quantities. We believe exceptional jewelry should feel personal, collectible, and never overproduced.

Because many FM signature pieces are released as limited drops, small-batch productions, or made-to-order collections, availability may be extremely limited.

Select designs may be offered through:

  • Early access releases
  • Waitlist reservation opportunities
  • Pre-purchase or collector access windows

Due to limited production capacity and demand, joining a waitlist or pre-purchase release does not guarantee product availability.

FM Jewelry reserves the right to limit quantities, close reservations, or end production runs at any time.

Once a design is sold out, it may not be reproduced.

 

6. Shipping + Delivery

FM Jewelry proudly processes and ships most in-stock orders within one (1) business day of purchase, excluding weekends, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100
  • Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

FM Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside of our control after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

For high-value orders, FM Jewelry may require signature confirmation, shipping insurance, or additional verification for customer protection.

 

7. Returns + Final Sale

At FM Jewelry, we stand behind the quality, authenticity, and condition of every piece we sell.

Due to the unique, collectible, vintage, estate, and limited-production nature of many of our pieces, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives significantly different from its original description.

If you believe there has been a material error in a listing or a condition issue was not properly disclosed, you must contact FM Jewelry within seven (7) days of delivery.

To request a review, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of the concern

Approved returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

8. Limitation of Liability

FM Jewelry is not responsible for damage, loss, injury, allergic reactions, repairs, or alterations that occur after a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Jewelry should be worn, stored, and cared for responsibly.

FM Jewelry is not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products
  • Third-party repairs, resizing, modifications, or alterations
  • Accidental damage or misuse

Vintage and estate jewelry may require occasional professional care over time due to age and wear.
